I agree to the Services Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, a printed copy of which I received with this enrollment form. I understand that if any account listed on this request form is a joint account, then the other customer(s) on the joint account will have access to all accounts listed on the request form, even if some of the accounts are in my name only. By listing joint accounts on the same request form as accounts in my name only, I consent to such access and ratify all transactions which the other customer(s) make on account(s) which are in my name only, just as if the other customer(s) were authorized signers or makers on account(s) which are in my name only.

Transfer of Funds:
     Internet Banking allows you to transfer funds between all Demand Deposit Accounts and Savings Accounts listed for account access. Simply choose the transfers and payments option after you login to Internet Banking.
